Our Story
JobCraft was born out of frustration. Not the dramatic kind — the quiet, grinding kind that comes from sending dozens of resumes into the void and hearing nothing back.
We built JobCraft because the Canadian job market is uniquely difficult to navigate. ATS systems, inconsistent job boards, and the invisible rules of hiring leave too many qualified people on the outside. We wanted to change that.
What started as a simple resume builder grew into a full suite of tools: cover letters, interview prep, salary insights, hidden job discovery, and application tracking — all designed specifically for the Canadian landscape.
We operate on the traditional territories of Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island. We acknowledge the land, the people, and the ongoing work of reconciliation. That commitment is woven into how we build, who we partner with, and what we prioritize.
